To everyone who has submitted a ticket this year or has interacted with us in one way or another via the help desk!

It's that time of year to count our blessings. Having all of you as customers/partners is certainly one of them for all of us at @llari!  Thanks for trusting us with your ERP systems, hardware and desktops day in and day out. We worked our butts off this year to meet all of your needs. We are also very grateful that we are able to share many holiday greetings year after year with many of you. It's nice to see that not everything changes so quickly.

We certainly are very proud that you have chosen us as your business partner.  We can not express how much we appreciate your relationship and we are thankful for the responsibilities you have given to us.  We are very aware that without you, we would not be in business!

Needless to say, the 2011 workload was incredible!!!  The volume of tickets we received this year was a record breaker!  And our 24/7 help desk is finally supporting over 20,000 users. We are not sure anyone has recognized how hard you have worked this year, but we can tell you that based on the volume of work you have given to us, you all have really put your heart and soul into your systems this year!  In fact, one of you has entered almost 800 tickets since the beginning of the year and you are still going strong!!!  Loving your system is not for the faint at heart!

For those of you who are not spending the holidays with us doing upgrades, please enjoy some quality downtime with friends and family.  You certainly deserve it!  May you all be well, happy & peaceful!
