If you want to copy a table from one data source to another you can accomplish that within OMW. First navigate to OMW and search for the project that contains the table. Expand the project and objects list, highlight the table, and click on the Table Design icon

Select the Table Operations tab and click on Copy Table. Enter the Data Source of the table you want to copy in the Source Data Source Field. Next enter the Data Source you want to copy the table to in the Destination Source Field. Enter a password if required and click on OK. You should receive confirmation that the copy was successful.
